ENGL 495 - Studies in Creative Writing Credit Hours: 4 Frequency of Offering: Offered in alternate years
This class will provide the opportunity for advanced study in a sustained form of creative writing or in a subgenre of creative writing, such as writing about place or writing the contemporary epic. Content and focus will vary from section to section, but recent topics have included The Novella and The Contemporary Poetic Sequence.
Prerequisite(s): ENGL 270 , ENGL 304 , and one 300-level literature course or permission of the instructor.
