POSC 352 - Constitutional Law II: Civil Liberties Credit Hours: 4 Frequency of Offering: Offered in alternate years, usually in the spring semester
The case method approach to the study of the rights of individuals under the Constitution, including First Amendment rights, equal protection, the rights of the accused, and the nationalization of the Bill of Rights. Not open to students who have received credit for POSC 352, Civil Liberties. POSC 351 : Constitutional Law I is not required to take this course.
