BADM 301 - Management

Management is the method by which organizations are able to get their members to work together. That method employs five functions to meet its goal: planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling. Each of these functions is based on theories and practices of what it takes to be an effective manager as derived from the disciplines of economics, political science, psychology and sociology.

Prerequisite(s): BADM 101 , BADM 201, ECON 102, and ECON 103.
