PSYC 211 - Topics in Development and Learning Credit Hours: 4 Survey of contemporary knowledge and issues within development and/or learning. Topics vary by semester but may include developmental topics such as adolescence; adulthood and aging; or socioemotional development and/or psychology of learning topics such as adaptation; classical and instrumental conditioning; motivation; or stimulus control. This course may be repeated for credit if topics are different. Students will learn foundational skills in the evaluation and communication of psychological research.
Course Satisfies: “Development & Learning” Breadth Area. Prerequisite(s): PSYC 101 with a grade of C- or better or with permission of the instructor.
