PHEC 118 - Swimming Fitness Credit Hours: 1 This course is designed to develop intermediate- and advanced-level water safety skills. Objectives include increased swimming efficiency through stroke improvement and rhythmic breathing techniques, with special emphasis on aerobic and cross-training conditioning. May be taken twice for credit. Credit/no credit grading.
Prerequisite(s): Beginner-level swimming skills.
