PHYS 121 - College Physics I

Introduction to the principles of physics not requiring calculus. Particle motion, Newton’s laws, momentum, work and energy, gases and liquids, harmonic motion, and waves. Lecture and laboratory.

Course Satisfies: Core Exploration requirement in the Natural Sciences with Laboratory, but it does not satisfy the degree requirements for majors in physics, natural science, and chemistry.
