ART 217 - Introduction to Digital Photography

Credit Hours: 4
A comprehensive introduction to digital photography as an art form. Students will master the digital workflow: shooting digitally with DSLRs, lighting techniques and editing in Photoshop. Through a series of lectures and studio exercises, various genres of photography including still life, landscapes and portraits will be introduced. Students will produce images of high quality for digital publishing, print and exhibitions.
